Dr Sarah Stallard

Sarah has spent more than fifteen years immersed in the world of veterinary ultrasonography. Working in Cairns exposed her to an incredible variety of cases, allowing her to build extensive experience across all aspects of diagnostic ultrasound. About ten years ago, she decided to turn her passion into her full-time focus, establishing a successful mobile veterinary ultrasound service and dedicating her career exclusively to helping veterinarians solve diagnostic puzzles.

One of Sarah's proudest professional achievements is earning certification through the International Veterinary Ultrasound Society (IVUSS)β€”an internationally recognised qualification that reflects advanced training and expertise in veterinary ultrasonography. Combined with years of hands-on experience, this allows her to provide thorough, high-quality ultrasound examinations that help veterinarians reach accurate diagnoses and get pets on the road to recovery as quickly as possible.

Sarah loves working alongside veterinary teams and believes the best outcomes come from combining advanced technology with collaboration, curiosity, and a genuine love of animals.

Her constant companion is Phil, her beloved Philips CX50 ultrasound machine. Phil travels everywhere with Sarah and is treated with an impressive level of care (some might say more than certain family members). Fortunately, Phil repays the favour by producing beautiful images and making every scan just that little bit more satisfying.
